Sponsored Dinner
Crew Sheet

One shared sheet per dinner. Enter your dinner code to open it — everyone on your crew who enters the same code sees the same list, live.

First one in? Make up a short code (letters, numbers, dashes) and share it with your crew. Anyone with the code can view and edit the sheet.

Sponsored Dinner
Crew Sheet

Every dinner runs on the same structure: three pillars, three to five people. Read the structure once, then use the sheet below to put names on roles and get tasks moving. Everything your crew checks off shows up here for everyone.

Part one

The structure

One dinner, three pillars. Each pillar has an owner. If a pillar has no name on it, the dinner isn't staffed yet.

3–5 people total run one dinner. Small on purpose — everyone at the table should know exactly what their job is.
1 role

Host

The face of the dinner. Owns the guest list, the invites, and the room on the night.

  • Owns who's in the room
  • Point of contact for guests
  • Runs the night itself
1–2 roles

Dinner Setup

The logistics. Owns the venue, the food, and everything physically in place before guests arrive.

  • Owns venue + food
  • Handles budget + vendors
  • Room is ready before doors
1–2 roles

Media

The record. Documents the whole night so the sponsor sees exactly what they backed.

  • Owns photo + video capture
  • Owns the sponsor deliverable
  • Nothing happens off-camera

Part two

The working sheet

Put a name in every role, then break the work into tasks. The starter tasks are placeholders — rewrite them, delete them, add your own. Tap any task to edit it.
